About

Clinician. Author. Speaker.

Sutton Burke, MS, LCPC, is a clinician, author, speaker, mental health advocate, and founder of Infinite Mindcare.

For more than fifteen years, Sutton has worked with people navigating the complicated, uncomfortable parts of life. Her work brings clinical insight, honest conversation, spirituality, lived experience, and practical application into the same room.

The thread running through it all is a belief that understanding ourselves without immediately judging ourselves creates more room for responsibility, connection, choice, and change.

Her mission is simple

To connect people to the beauty of being alive.

Knowing something isn’t the same as living it.

For years, Sutton had access to the language, research, and tools of mental health. She was also living a real life. Parenting. Building a business. Navigating relationships. Worrying. Achieving. Planning. Moving quickly. Trying to do things well.

Over time, a distinction became clearer. Knowing about presence wasn’t the same as being present. Teaching emotional regulation wasn’t the same as allowing every emotion to be felt. Understanding the importance of connection wasn’t the same as making room to experience it.

That realization became part of the journey behind Now We Play. The work wasn’t about becoming a different person. It became about returning more often to the person already there.

Practicing instead of waiting to arrive.

The person in the room matters, too.

People who spend time with Sutton often describe a sense that they don’t have to pretend.

She brings candor, warmth, humor, and honesty to her work, creating space for people to recognize themselves without feeling judged or talked down to.

She doesn’t speak about life from a distance. She’s in it too.

Sutton’s own availability is focused on speaking, writing and private Clarity & Capacity Sessions rather than ongoing therapy. For ongoing clinical care, the Infinite Mindcare team in the Cayman Islands is the right route.

Therapy treats what is already difficult. Mental fitness is what you practise on ordinary days to build capacity before life asks you to use it — the same relationship physical training has to physical recovery. They are complementary, not alternatives.
